• Zahaar only sells authentic products from authorized suppliers and distributors: every product is guaranteed 100% genuine.

• When you buy a product from non-official sources, there is a high chance that the product is either old or damaged due to sunlight and moisture. They may even be counterfeit. They might offer you a huge discount, but chances are the fragrance smell has changed or it does not last as long as it is supposed to.

•At Zahaar, we go the extra mile to ensure that all our fragrances are stored at their optimized temperatures and away from direct sunlight to ensure the fragrance molecules are not damaged. This allows the fragrance to last as long as it is supposed to.
Currently, Zahaar only delivers to all locations within the UAE. However, we do have plans to launch in KSA shortly and then the rest of the GCC. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow our social media pages @zahaarofficial to stay updated with our launch plans.
Please note: Currently, due to COVID, if you are in Abu Dhabi orders may take up to 4 working days to reach you. We apologize for the inconvenience
We try to our best to ensure next-day delivery. This means that within the UAE, you can expect your products to reach you at most within 2-3 days of placing the order. If your shipment is urgent, place your order before 11am on any working day, to increase your chances of getting your perfume the next working day.
Free shipping for order values above AED 200 to all of UAE :) This means that if you buy any full sized product from us, your order will be shipped for free by default.
• Once the order is shipped, you should receive an email with a tracking link which you can use to check your order status.

• Additionally, the courier company will contact you to confirm your address and arrange a convenient delivery time.

• If you have any additional concerns regarding your shipment, you can simply send an email to info@zahaar.com or reply to your order confirmation email and our team will gladly assist you.
We provide a 30-day return / cancellation / exchange policy for your order as long as the products have not been opened and remain in their original packaging. For more information, please refer to our Returns policy here.
We accept Visa / Mastercard, Cash on Delivery, or Paypal. Whatever is most convenient for you. If you require an additional payment method, please contact our team at info@zahaar.com and we will be more than happy to see if we can help you.
• Sales and promotions are rare in the world of niche perfumery. However, we do have sales and promotions every now and then. Most of the time they are surprise flash sales so you need to stay tuned!

Zahaar sells 2ml samples on limited selections of perfumes as a “Try Before You Buy” service in case you are interested in smelling a perfume before you make a purchase. Simply select the “2ml Sample” option at the product page and Add it to your cart. Additionally, you can always buy an official discovery set by certain brands if available.
